Charlotte Mallard
With a passion for helping others and over 15 years of experience in the home care industry. I have foundered Charlotte's HomeCare Angels to provide compassionate, personalized care to individuals and families throughout Mountain House and its surrounding areas. Driven by the belief that everyone deserves to age with dignity and independence I have made it my mission to create a trusted service that offers high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of each client. Under my leadership i am committed to expanding our services and becoming a leading home care provider, known for its exceptional staff, customized care plans, and dedication to improving the lives of seniors. My hands-on approach ensures that every client is treated with respect, kindness, and attention they deserve. I have worked in early childhood education for 35years. Working in early childhood education has equipped me with valuable skills in patience, empathy, and clear communication—qualities that are essential in both caregiving for children and supporting the elderly. By understanding individual needs, building strong relationships, and creating a nurturing environment, I’ve developed the ability to provide personalized care and attention, which seamlessly translates into working with seniors.
